Using the studio
TheHiggsField.ai helps you prepare, research, edit, and create video content. You are responsible for your account, the material you submit, and reviewing outputs before use. Only submit content you have permission to use. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate others deceptively, or carry out unlawful activity.
Your keys and provider charges
The platform has no platform subscription or generation markup. Connected AI providers may charge your own provider account for requests made with your keys. Review each provider's pricing and terms before generating. Provider accounts, credits, billing, availability, and refunds are handled by that provider; TheHiggsField.ai does not represent Higgsfield.ai or handle its customer accounts.
Third-party services and outputs
Optional integrations include Higgsfield, OpenRouter, and models such as TypeSafe Jev. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. An integration or a mention of a provider is not an endorsement or affiliation. Generated content and research can be inaccurate; we do not guarantee originality, rights clearance, views, sales, or viral performance.
Your projects
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You authorize us to process that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including sending required inputs to connected providers. Export important work and keep your own copies. Local drafts depend on your browser storage, and availability of third-party output links may change.
Account controls and updates
You can remove saved provider keys and request account deletion in Account settings. Deletion does not cancel requests already running with a provider or close your provider accounts. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
